Class Information
Our eight-week progressive program will build a solid foundation of strength, balance, mobility, and endurance. Each week will have a new focus, building on the exercises learned the week before. Warriors will complete pre- and post-program fitness assessments as well as self-surveys to monitor progress.

Resistance bands will be provided at no cost to the participant.

Class Information
Our graduate program is for warriors who have completed at least one four-week progressive program, we offer ongoing maintenance classes to help keep our warriors strong physically and mentally, while staying connected to fellow graduates of the program.

Programming is for the general warrior population. Sign-up is required, but no long-term commitment is necessary
