Cancer Exercise Specialist

Ashley Lentz, Certified Exercise Physiologist and Cancer Exercise Specialist

Ashley has worked in the wellness industry for over 17 years. Her career spans both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, including front line management, executive leadership, and multi-site operations. Ashley began working specifically with cancer survivors in 2012 and has led large-scale cancer-exercise training programs which involved recruiting, training, and certifying cancer fitness specialists. Ashley’s work as an educator also includes teaching Exercise Science at the collegiate level, as well as various certification and continuing education workshops for fitness professionals.

Ashley’s own education includes a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology, a master’s degree in Environmental Health, and a graduate certificate in Functional Aging. Ashley is a certified Exercise Physiologist and Cancer Exercise Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine, as well as a certified Cancer Exercise Specialist through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute.

Allison Goldsmith, Certified Personal Trainer and Cancer Exercise Specialist

Allison is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, senior fitness specialist and Barre instructor. She holds a B.A. in communications from Hofstra University and is Director of Social Media for S. Feldman Housewares in New York, NY. Allison is very excited and humbled to be a part of the Aunt Sister Project.

Dianna Standard, Certified Personal Trainer and Cancer Exercise Specialist

Dianna’s background includes branding, graphic design, advertising, and web design for large companies and manufacturers in the food, technology, and wellness industries. She holds associate’s and bachelor’s degrees in Applied Science and Fine Arts from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She currently owns and operates her own design business, which she established in 2008.

Abigail "Abby" Kaufmann, Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor

Abigail “Abby” Kaufmann has been working as a fitness professional for over ten years in New York, NY. She is a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and Pilates instructor. She holds specialty certifications in pre- and post-natal yoga, yoga for cancer survivors, kettlebell basics, and TRX basics. Abby’s mother was diagnosed with colon cancer 15 years ago, and from that moment Abby strived to do whatever possible to help her stay active. Abby has been a close advisor to The Aunt Sister Project since its launch in 2020 and teaches online classes for ASP’s progressive programs.

Allyson "Ally" Fox, Certified Personal Trainer

Ally is a certified personal trainer with a lifelong love of fitness. Her career started as a health and wellness writer, and in 2020, after years of being a student of fitness, she turned her focus to becoming a trainer. Exercise has always played an integral role in Ally’s life -- she has completed multiple half-marathons and triathlons. Movement has a positive impact on both mental and physical health, and she is passionate about sharing its power with others.
