Class Information

Low Impact. Low to moderate intensity.

 

Our WARRIOR 1 program is ideal for anyone recovery from surgery/injury, working with arthritis, or experiencing balance challenges. Warriors use bodyweight and resistance bands for total body strength, followed by low-impact cardiovascular exercise. All exercises can be performed standing or from a chair.

Resistance bands will be provided at no cost to the participant.

Class Information

 

Moderate to high intensity. 

Our WARRIOR 2 program is a faster-

paced full body workout for Warriors

who have been on a workout regimen for longer than eight weeks. All exercises

will have high and low intensity options. Classes focus on total body strength and conditioning with an emphasis on technique and breath. 

 

Resistance bands will be provided at no cost to the participant.

Class Information

 

Moderate to high intensity. 

 

Our graduate program is for Warriors who have completed at least one four-week progressive program, we offer ongoing maintenance classes to help keep our warriors strong physically and mentally, while staying connected to fellow graduates of the program. Programming is for the general Warrior population.

 

 

 

 

Sign-up is required, but no long-term commitment is necessary
