Class Information

​

Low Impact. Low to moderate intensity.

 

Our WARRIOR 1 program is ideal for anyone recovery from surgery/injury, working with arthritis, or experiencing balance challenges. Warriors use bodyweight, resistance bands, and fitness balls for total body strength, followed by low-impact cardiovascular exercise. All exercises can be performed standing or from a chair.

Resistance bands and fitness balls will be provided at no cost to the participant.

Class Information

 

Low Impact. Moderate Intensity.

​

Our WARRIOR 2 program works well for those new or returning to exercise, or in need of a slower-paced routine. Classes will begin and end on the floor to minimize up and down, and will focus on total body strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. All movements will have high and low intensity options.

​

 

Resistance bands will be provided at no cost to the participant.

Class Information

 

Moderate to high intensity. 

​

Our WARRIOR 3 program is a faster-

paced full body workout for Warriors

who have been on a workout regimen for longer than eight weeks. All exercises

will have high and low intensity options. Classes focus on total body strength and conditioning with an emphasis on technique and breath. 

 

 

Resistance bands will be provided at no cost to the participant.
