May 2021 Group Training

Starts on May 5 and meets twice weekly:

  • Wednesday at 7pm Eastern Time 

  • Saturday at 11am Eastern Time

Two-phase curriculum:

  • Progression (12 weeks/required): May 5 – July 24 

  • Retainment (four weeks/optional): July 28 – August 21

 

• Sessions will take place via Zoom (link to be emailed at time of registration)

• Registration Deadline: April 15

• Sessions are tailored to YOUR needs, with real-time coaching and modifications ability of the participant

• Sessions focus on total body fitness: cardio, strength, flexibility, breath work, and mobility

• Pay what you can per session; no one will be turned away

• No equipment is necessary; every warrior will receive a free set of resistance bands upon registration 

• A personal intake and assessment session will be conducted prior to the first session
