2021 Warrior Group Training

Starts on June 1 and meets twice weekly:

  • Tuesday at 4pm Eastern Time 

  • Friday at 4pm Eastern Time

Two-phase curriculum:

  • Progression (12 weeks/required): June 1 – August 20

  • Retainment (four weeks/optional): August 24 – September 17


• Sessions will take place via Zoom (link to be emailed at time of registration)

• Registration Deadline: May 15

• Sessions are tailored to YOUR needs, with real-time coaching and modifications

ability of the participant

• Sessions focus on total body fitness: cardio, strength, flexibility, breath work, and mobility

• Pay what you can per session; no one will be turned away

• No equipment is necessary; every warrior will receive a free set of resistance bands upon registration 

• A personal intake and assessment session will be conducted prior to the first session
