Weekly Group Fitness

ASP is now offering our weekly fitness programs to all cancer survivors - no previous exercise experience is necessary. Work out with fellow survivors and a cancer exercise specialist from anywhere! 

 

We currently offer SIX live classes per week to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities. No matter where you are in your cancer journey, we've got your fitness covered.

No floor work - standing/chair work only

Includes floor work and standing work

Friday 10 am

Our program committee is currently evaluating our fitness offerings, so dates for our next eight-week progressive course are to be determined.
